I was looking forward to experiencing Iberia's new long-haul product. The airline has done a great job in the improvement of its long-haul product, introducing brand new A330s and A350s to the fleet, as well as refurbishing all their remaining A340's with new cabin interiors. The seats now feature a brand-new built-in entertainment system, adjustable headrests, greater legroom, and comfortable padding.

The catering experience, though being a bit scarce for a 12+ hour flight, was really good. The main meal was very tasty and the prearrival snack was pretty much a good portion and was all in all highly appreciated.

The crew handled the service efficiently but were honestly not very friendly. Iberia should focus a bit more on this aspect, as it's not the first time I notice the crew being rather impolite to the customers. Enjoy!
