Saving Big on Electric: Our DIY House Wiring Wins and Woes!

Here's all the info on how we did all of the electrical work for our temporary hookup, shed & new house. All of our work is following the safety codes and standards of the state of TN. In our area, homeowners are allowed to do their own electric instead of hiring a licensed electrician. We did, however, have state and local inspectors and experienced electricians checking and rechecking our work. We urge you to use extreme caution and discretion if you decide to do your own electric.
