Presented by GSU's Department of Theatre and Performance Studies, Kimberly Akimbo is a comedic play written by Pulitzer Prize-winning David Lindsay-Abaire.This hilarious performance follows a teenager with a rare condition causing her body to age faster than it should. When she and her family flee Secaucus under dubious circumstances, Kimberly is forced to reevaluate her life amidst dealing with a totally dysfunctional family, her own mortality, and, most terrifying of all, the possibility of first love. Join us on Friday, April 24 or Saturday, April 25 at 8 p.m. in GSU's Sherman Recital Hall.
