Making my family a lazy mom crockpot meal to help save money on groceries!

Lazy mom crockpot meals are life. They keep us out of the drive thru and help us save money on groceries!

Texas Chili:
3lbs ground beef
1 yellow onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1tbsp garlic
(2) 15oz fire roasted diced tomatoes
7oz diced green chilis
8oz tomato sauce
6oz tomato paste
1C beef broth
1/4C ancho chili powder
2 tbsp brown sugar
2tbsp cumin
1tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
2 tsp oregano
2tsp Worcestershire
*2 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water for thicker chili

1. brown meat with onions and bell peppers in a skillet (drain grease)
2. add all ingredients to crockpot
3. cook on low 6-8 hours
4. stir in cornstarch slurry if you want a thicker chili & let sit 15 minutes before serving
