3 carrots
2 celery
1 sm. onion
2 garlic
2 lg. potatoes
3 cup broccoli
3 cups broth
1/4 tsp. thyme
6 Tbl. flour
3 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cups cheese
Salt, Pepper, Seasonings to taste.
