Yakuza is a long-running PlayStation franchise that has its roots in the early 2000's on the PS2. Yakuza Like a Dragon represents the first major shift away from the over-the-top brawler format of previous Yakuza games, and instead goes for a turn-based battle mechanic more akin to the Dragon Quest and early Final Fantasy games.
