I used wd-40 , to unlock it...forcing with a key , he gave in .
It was hard to straighten his beaks , I preferred to straighten it with the flex , I rubbed it with sandpaper until the mirror came out almost .
After that I have Bluing , never rust again .
I preferred to paint the handle , Because the risk of rust is lower .
