CJ McCollum INJURY | Popliteus Strain Explained by Doctor

CJ McCollum of the NBA Portland Trail Blazers suffered an injury to his left knee against the San Antonio Spurs and we now know the injury is a popliteus muscle strain.

In this video we'll go over the anatomy and function of this often poorly understood muscle and then review the injury mechanism to explain how this could happen!
