Presenting Information from a Frequency Report in an Excel Pivot Table

This is part 2 of a 2 part series on Frequency Reports in Excel Pivot Tables.

In this tutoirual, I focus on presenting the "information" inside your Excel data set. In Part 1, we answered a simple question - "How many small invoices do we generate?"

Here, in part 2, I demonstrate how to present the inpact of this information:
1) By "cleaning up" the raw numbers in the initial Pivot Table Report
2) By using the "Show Values As" % of Column Report - so easy to produce in Excel 210

Pivot tables are BOTH extremely powerful as a reporting tool AND simple to produce. My goal in both of these lessons is to show you "both" elements. To present the result and to demonstrate how easy it is to produce these reports!
