How to Name a Large Range of Non-contiguous Cells in Excel

Named Ranges in Excel can contain non-contiguous cells - this is great for selecting cells on a form. The problem is - you can not have more than 255 characters in the "Refers to" portion of the Name Manager. How to get around this?

Thanks to a great tip from Microsoft MVP, Bob Umlas - use the Immediate Pane in the Visual Basic Environment (VBE) to solve this. Watch this video to see how it is done!
