20 MINUTE HIP-OPENING MOBILITY SEQUENCE | REAL TIME | Shona Vertue
This is my favourite way to warm up, mobilise and stabilise the hips prior to lifting weight, snowboarding, skiing, running and even cycling. If you're a beginner or quite tight everywhere, it will be challenging and fast-paced, persevere and stay consistent and your body will adapt.
