Lunges

Lunges are great for stability, balance, overall strength in your lower body. A lunge is a very basic movement and can easily be done at home or on a quick break at the office without breaking a sweat.

Start with your feet shoulder width apart. Step out, keeping your feet shoulder width apart. Make sure your knee doesn’t go past your toes, keeping your upper body straight. Maintain your balance with your arms out in front of you or hands on your hips. Look forward, chest up, and touch your knee to floor, and back up.

Recommended intervals: 3 sets each leg, 20 reps each set
