Calf Raises

Your calves work to provide stability in your ankles. Calf raises help to improve your muscular strength. They're easy to do in the comfort of your home or on a break at the office, only requiring a wall to perform and no extra equipment or attire needed.

Start by standing up straight, hands against the wall in a 45 degree angle. Place your weight in the ball of your foot, lifting up and slowly back down. Keep your ankle stable and drive power into the ball of your foot. It's as simple as that.

Recommended intervals: 20 reps each foot, 3 sets each
