St. Joseph’s Ricotta Cream Puffs (Zeppole)!

March 19th is Father’s Day in Italy, and these ricotta cream puffs are a tradition in many parts of Italy. I recall fondly making them with my mother on an older episode of Lidia’s Kitchen.
