Kundalini Sadhana - [Hindi with English CC]

When Kundalini is awakened, a human being realizes his true self. Kundalini is the fragrance of the flower, a nectar. In Kundalini sadhana there are three granthis (knots). The first granthi is Brahma granthi, second is Vishnu granthi and the third is Rudra granthi. Braham granthi is the first knot where a human being stops at because he wants to create something. whether it be a name, family or money. He is stuck in that knot. At this granthi he is constantly struggling to keep making something. Once the sadhak rises above this granthi and relinquishes the desire to create, he is faced with the second knot, the Vishnu granthi.

Everything man does, he does so that he can enjoy more, whether it is sexual enjoyment or sensual enjoyment. After creation or procreation, he wants to consume it and enjoy it more. And the more he has, the more hunger he has to have more of it. In the Vishnu granthi he tries to hold on to what he has.
