- Were you in constant awareness all the time. Analyze thoroughly and improve yourself
- Next, plan for the next 50 minutes and optimize

Whatever work you do, do it as a form of meditation (for example, office work, speaking with others, listening, cooking, spending time with your children, traveling time except sleeping (because we are already connected to God fully while we sleep). If you focus on the present with full constant awareness and do it, that itself is a meditation. This is one application of Maharishi's concept of Constant awareness in daily life. (In Tamil, it is called Ayara Viluppu Nilai).
Ask yourself, are you currently in constant awareness?. Most of the times, we are caught in our own traps of past old habits and situations. We live as slaves to our unhealthy mind. We all know our human mind is the greatest treasure in the world. But we need to mine, remove impurities and unwanted things, habits to get that greatest treasure. As of now, our minds are filled with impurities and lots of non-positive things.
Solution:
Vethathiri Maharishi (a spiritual guru) has already given us the solution in the form of physical exercises, Kaya Kalpam, meditation, Introspection, karma yoga, and service. It is very important to do these practices every day without missing.
A big question:
Are you doing all the practices every day without missing?
But my point here is, even if you do all these practices regularly every day, it is not enough for the current modern world. There are a lot of non-positive things and non-peaceful things happening around us all the time compared to the previous century.
There is a big need for every one of us to transform our lives to become more peaceful at a faster rate. As a spiritual practitioner, we need to live our life as a role model for a peaceful and happy human being and inspire others around us. For that, we need more practice.
