Simplified Physical Exercises:

The system of physical exercises developed by Shri Vethathiri Maharishi after years of intense research, fulfills the need of maintaining the proper circulation of blood, heat, air, energy and bio-magnetism, ensuring maintenance of health and prevention of disease in a gentle way.
It develops the immunity system and thus acts as a preventive and as a curative to various diseases. Also, it removes the sin imprints which came from our ancestors.
Maharishi himself know Siddha, Ayurveda and Varma. These exercises are designed to suit for all ages and for all people lived anywhere in the world. He experimented and researched the benefits of all these exercises many years on himself before giving it to the world.
There are nine physical exercises in SKY system which covers whole part of the body and which can be done in 35 to 40 minutes. Daily practice will show great results for sure!
