All about hinge pins - FSJ Wagoneer

Most of my hinges are worn. The front doors are easy. I bought pins and bushings from BJs, and Ebay (same). But I had a hard time finding pins for the rear. I could buy used hinges for the rear, but those would probably have worn out pins too.

I looked through a number of available pins (Chevy, Ford, even imports). Nothing matched exactly.

So I decided to find a pin and accompanying bushings and re-drill the hinges for a pin that is readily available.
