B.C. apartment parties lead to fines amid COVID-19 crackdown

Two nights in a row, young people crowded into a small Victoria apartment to party, leading to the first fines for breaking British Columbia’s COVID-19 protocols. Provincial officials are getting frustrated that their messages on safety are not getting through.
