Fast, Free Image Resize in MacOS Totally Not Scary Command Line

Do you need a fast and free way to resize your photos to various requirements?
These requests often come after the initial delivery and are usually to size down (opposed to sizing up) so this is the perfect approach to do that quickly, and easily in your default Mac OSX operating system - no extra software needed so you can stay out of the bloated Adobe Creative Cloud software.

The process takes about 3 seconds to complete almost 70 photos being resized. I go over all of the commands we're doing and what we're using in the totally not-scary command line and the built in image processor called "SIPS". We use just one of it's many commands and abilities.
