Today I will share to you how to make chocolate chip cookies with HOMEMADE nutella. 2 ways - Oven and Dry steam. I will share to you my recipe and costing for those who plan to put this up as their business.

Homemade Nutella

1 cup (135G) Hazelnuts - 108
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (Dutche Processed) - 9.75
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar - 4.50
2 tbsp coconut oil - 3.50
1/2 tsp vanilla extract - 0.50
1/8 tsp salt - 0.10

Chocolate Chip Cookies - 16 Servings

1 1/2 cups All purpose flour - 7.56
1/2 tsp baking soda - 0.50
1/4 tsp salt - 0.10
100G unsalted butter - 35
1/3 cup brown sugar - 2.60
1/3 cup white sugar - 3.40
1 large eggs - 6.66
1 tsp vanilla extract - 1
2/3 cup chocolate chips (Dutche) - 31.18
