Don't waste your leftover bread. Let's make Caramel Bread Pudding. This is quick and easy. No heavy equipment, mixer required.

Bread Pudding with Homemade Caramel Sauce

750g leftover bread
1 can (410ml) evap milk
1can (300ml) condensed milk
2 cups (500ml) water
1/2 cup ( 100g) sugar
3 large eggs
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1/4 tsp.salt
2 tsp.( 10ml) vanilla extract

Caramel Sauce

1 cup ( 100g) white sugar
1/4 cup (60ml) water
250ml all purpose cream
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 tsp.salt
1 tsp. ( 5ml) vanilla extract
