Easy Way To Replace AprilAire Space-Gard 201 Air Filter HVAC Maintenance

Today I’m going to be replacing an AprilAire 201 space-gard air filter on an HVAC system. The April air space-gard air purifier filter comes folded in a box. I remove the old filter, carefully pulling out the plastic combs. These combs break easy be careful. After removing the old filter I installed a new filter. I spread out the new air filter, placing the plastic home in between each crevice of the accordion style filter. Once I get the first come in I slide all the other cones right next to it. Afterwards I spread the combs out and carefully snap them back in place.
