SCAG 29HP EFI Kohler siphons gasoline into charcoal evap canisters LOTS OF WATER TOO!

Our SCAG has consistently siphoned gasoline into the evap charcoal canisters, both sides and out of both tanks over the last 6 years, all while never filling tanks to the 3/4 full level. Consistently being every 4 to 6 weeks.
Still trying to find answers.
Engine oil has never been contaminated with gasoline.
