Tender Baby Back Ribs with Apple Cherry Habanero Rib Glaze on Pitboss Lockhart Platinum

Some delicious and tender baby back ribs with the help of #sucklebusters and cherry apple habanero rib glaze

Remove membrane and cover with mustard. Throw a heavy coat of sucklebuster hog waller to it. Smoke around 240-250 for around 2 - 2.5 hours until you get the color that you are looking for! Baste every hour.
When ready, take out and add some more rub glaze, hog Waller, then squeeze some butter to it and coat with sucklebuster sweet daddy. Top off with honey and wrap. Cook for another hour and a half to two hours. Unwrap and glaze then cook for about 20-30 minutes unwrapped. Let it cool and enjoy!
