12* Henna and Indigo (covering grey hair)

This video will show me mixing, applying, and the results of a Henna/Indigo treatment on my hair. The process does take pretty much a whole day to do so be sure to plan to do it on a day you don't have much to do.

The steps I took in the video are:
1. Mix Henna and let sit from 4-12 hours for dye to release
2. Apply to hair, cover with plastic bag and let sit on hair for 4-8 hours. The longer the better
3. Rinse Henna out in Kitchen sink to avoid a huge mess all over your shower
4. Co-wash hair till the water runs clear and all Henna is out
5. Mix Indigo and let sit for 20 minutes for dye to release
6. Apply Indigo to hair, cover with plastic bag and let sit on hair for 4-8 hours. The longer the better
7. Rinse out Indigo in kitchen sink
8. Co-wash or shampoo at this point to insure Indigo is all out of the hair
9. Deep condition with your favorite deep conditioning product.

This can be a very messy process. The first time you use Henna you are sure to make a bit of a mess but you will learn from the mistakes and get better with time. Don't give up!! LOL

Henna is excellent for strengthening and fortifying the hair.
