I am happy to share how fun it is to make the best crispy lechon pork belly here at Jenny’s Kitchen.

This homemade crispy lechon is baked for hours until succulently tender and roasted until crispy skin is achieved. It really turned out the way it should be – tender, crispy, delicious and full of flavor.

This always bring joy and a very merry holiday, birthday, anniversary and any celebration especially to the Pinoys. Made flavorful with simple herbs and spices like lemongrass, green onions, garlic, rosemary, and chili.
