The Best Way to Lose Weight (Diet)

What we consume affects our weight loss progress as much as our exercise program. With the vast diet plans out there, it is easy to fall into the trends of fad diets that usually over-promise results that are unrealistic.

Knowing what macro & micronutrients are and how much we should consume is important to facilitate your weight loss.

Calorie deficit is one of the most reliable diet plans. A calorie deficit of 500kcal is recommended. You will need to first know how many calories you need to consume by finding your basal metabolic rate (BMR) & physical energy level (PAL). These 2 values will give you your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE). Subtract your TDEE by 500kcal and that will be the total amount of calories you should consume.
