Insane Unconventional Japanese Style Street Food at Reif Kushiyaki in Dubai

I finally had the chance to venture out to meet Reif Othman and try his unconventional Japanese style street food at his new eatery Reif Kushiyaki.

I ate 6 incredible dishes from his spot with Nina and we honestly loved every single one of them.

This is what we ate:

- Kimchi Melo
- Beef Kushiyaki with Truffle Mayo
- Raw Salmon with Crispy Rice Coated in Leek Ash with Ponzu
- Mushroom Rice Claypot
- A5 Wagyu Sando
- "Reif Roll" Lemon Butter Sponge with Yuzu Ganache

Some insanely awesome food is being served up over there and I don’t know what took me so long to make the trip down. Huge shout out to Reif and his team!
