Within relinquishing control. We often hang on to certain illusions of control out of fear, a need for guaranteed outcomes, expectations and predictability. But that's all that is - an illusion. We have actually very little in our control and believing we have more control than we actually do leads us to become uptight, quarrelsome, frustrated and exhausted.
