You have a lot to offer as a leader! (even if you feel inadequate)

Thats right, even if you feel inadequate as a leader, there are 3 things you have to offer(right now!) that I highlight in this video and ill show you how you can maximize the potential of them!

As leaders, one of our primary jobs is to eliminate the excuses that keep others in our organization from reproducing themselves.  And one of the most common excuses you will hear is, “I don't feel I’m a good enough leader to teach someone else how to lead.”

I understand that logic, but the truth is your feeling of inadequacy can actually serve you well in the development of others. In this video I will give you 3 Unique things you have to offer those you develop even though you don't feel like you're a good leader yourself. Don't let the fact you're still growing as a leader hold you back from building new leaders in your leadership pipeline.
