Leadership Pipeline Conversations | Mac Lake & Tim Owens | A River of Multiplication

In this video, Tim Owens, Pastor of Mission City Church Vermont, shares his vision for his church to develop a "river of multiplying leaders" for the purpose of spreading the message of Jesus in the state.

Some other key moments are;
"we're not focused on becoming a "megachurch," but instead want to be a "mama church" that births and multiplies leaders"

Tim, who also serves as a CPC for a church planting network in Vermont, uses a map of the state to identify areas of lack of gospel presence and existing churches to inspire and equip to think past just where they are and to become more productive. The goal is to plant one church every three years for the next 15 years.
