Here are some of our top habits we like to incorporate into our life for a healthier lifestyle :)

Our Workout:
Warmup on the bike for 5mins
Circuit:
- Light weight squats
- DB bicep curl into press
- kettle bell swings
45secs on/ 15secs off
3-5 rounds
Abs:
-plank for 30secs
- 10 each side of plank dips
- 10 each side of knee to ankle crunch
- 20 Penguins
Cool down on bike
