Workout:
6mins per round, Alternating with partner
BB Lunges: 8reps, 10reps, 12 reps etc.
Laying down Chest Press: 8reps, 10reps, 12 reps etc.
Weighted Step Ups: 8 per leg
Bent over row per arm: 8reps, 10reps, 12reps etc.
Cardio Circuit to Finish:
1 min Bike
Dumbell snatches x10 per arm
1 min Rower
Goblet Squats x15
3-4 rounds
