Some say this bowl, Level 10 at Moko Tanmen Nakamoto Ramen (蒙古タンメン中本 高田馬場店) is the spiciest bowl of ramen in Tokyo.

I thought this bowl https://youtu.be/jrMsWztL1n8 was spicier ramen in Tokyo due to the Sichuan pepper, but possibly this bowl was spicier in chili heat.

The flavor was a little too salty, however I thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a spice the keeps building as you keep on eating, and half way through your bowl of ramen you realize you might be turning red. The flavor is amazing though. My only regret is only getting noodles and bean sprouts with some pork, I would have liked the egg and some more toppings. But I missed out due to being a little too excited to order my bowl from the vending machine and I was really hungry.

If you love spicy ramen, this is a great restaurant to try when you're in Tokyo. There are multiple locations around Tokyo. I ate at the branch just outside Takodanobaba Train Station.
