Fully Trained 1 Year Old Pittie Maya Needs a Home! Reach Out for Details!

1 Year Old Pittie "Maya" came from Floyd County Humane Society needs a home! Contact Floyd County Humane Society with inquiries!

She needed help with obedience as well as walking nicely on leash passed dogs and wildlife. She also had some issues being a little pushy and being mouthy in ways that were unacceptable. Maya has a lot of drive to bite things and chase things and just didn't know where that was appropriate so she found inappropriate outlets. She needed to learn how to play fetch and tug in a way that is so fulfilling she doesn't need the other outlets. So that's what we did! And she loved it! So much that it became rather easy to tell her where those behaviors were unacceptable and to create a really close bond between us. She did so well, she became reliable even off leash!
