MY JOURNEY - BECOMING A BOLLYWOOD TV HOST, MODEL, ACTRESS!

As a girl who’s never lived in India, who’s parents have never lived in India, who had no connections whatsoever to an industry infamous for nepotism, I navigated my way and figured out how to monetise my passion! In my experience, no one holds your hand and walks you through the process, people view you as competition — there isn’t a clear trajectory or steps to follow. The industry seems super elusive and inaccessible, but this video is about my method to handle the madness. I want to be as open and real about the tangible steps I took to get to the decision of moving to Mumbai, companies I applied to and my thought process to build a network. If anyone you know is interested in media/Bollywood/hosting/modeling/acting, please share this video with them. There’s someone out there who wants to work in Indian media, comes from a conservative family, doesn’t think it’s even a viable option, so has ignored the thought.
