Bollywood Proposal In Paris (Warning: YOU MAY CRY!)

Shyam and I have been doing international long distance for the last 1 year; I was working in Mumbai and him in NYC. The last time I saw him was in July 2019… I had NO idea that on my way to NYC, I’d experience one of the best days of my life. #proposal #bollywoodproposal #shyamshivani

The Backstory: My parents told me our flight from Delhi got rerouted from Frankfurt to Paris, my clueless self didn’t think much of it and decided to use our “layover” to shop. As soon as we walked out of the Paris airport, a man (who turned out to be our amazing videographer) was holding a sign with my name and handed me the first note from Shyam… watch the rest to see the magic unfold!!

To my best friend, lover boy and now fiancé, I love you!!! You bring out the best and weirdest in me, support my career like it’s your own and truly make me feel like the happiest girl in the world. In 2015 we met for the first time as dance partners in G127 Mason Hall and all I know is that we are gonna be dancing our way through life here on out...
