Vanlife Dreams Made Reality: A Professional Build Series ( episode 2 - Cutting Windows )

Positioning and Cutting caravan style double glazed windows in a VW Crafter or M.A.N tge is never an easy task. None of the body lines on the outside are parallel with each other or indeed the floor level. So just getting a position for the window takes much more effort than most other vans.
Once the position is decided, I show you the best methods I have found for cutting the window out and also dealing with some of the internal bracing that also needs to be cut.
This is not a 'how to' video, more a 'how I do it'. Over the past 20 years building vans, I have gained a fair bit of experience and many times learned the hard way how not to do something. This video is probably a bit long winded, but I am hopefully learning how to keep them concise and on point. I would like to think the next few videos in the series are a little more direct.
