It appears you can do this to an R3000 but Still Be careful
EPSON R3000 owner had to performs an actual Black Ink Flush by literally directly injecting PiezoFlush in the Photo Black Ink inlet port.
Forgetting that this model has stationary carts with ink lines and Head Dampers he managed to succeed without breaking anything.
Then he ran some cleaning cycles, checked the Nozzle check and though it was perfect, I was very light!!!
