Easy Self-Mobilizations for Tennis Elbow!

In this video you'll learn 2 easy active release techniques for treating lateral epicondylitis! These two exercises are great manual techniques to use in the clinic (HEY THERE new grads, fieldwork students!) AND you can teach your patients how to do them at home. Empower your patients to help themselves - tennis elbow usually lasts anywhere from 6 months to 2 years (it SUCKS, I had it a couple years ago) and you won't be able to treat them in therapy for that long. So teach them how to make themselves better + manage their pain while they heal.
