Realtor to Live Stream 24 Hours in House for Charity | MELANIE ❤️ TAMPA BAY

Exciting news! As part of my campaign for Tampa Bay Woman of the Year, I'm going to be broadcasting LIVE for 24 hours in a Tampa house listed for sale. It's all going down on Saturday, February 16 at 3PM ET until Sunday, February 17 at 3PM. Yep, an entire day streaming!

Anyone around the world can watch the live stream to join in on the fun - chat with me, ask real estate and Tampa-related questions, make online donations to the Westchase Charitable Foundation.

The live stream will feature continuous programming, guests, a video tour of the listing, and an opportunity for viewers, local residents, and businesses to participate. Co-hosting is my producer (and client!) @JenTalksForever, formerly with CNN.

We'll be holding an Open House on Sunday, February 17 from 11AM - 3PM ET for those in the Tampa Bay area either house hunting or interested in stopping by to show support and make an in-person donation. The Tampa Bay Woman of the Year event takes place Saturday March 2, 2019 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Sheltair, which is in the jet center across from International Plaza. Previous events have attracted 500 - 600 people. It is a beautiful venue and there will be a live band, live and silent auctions, food & drinks, private jets to tour, and so much more.

You can attend the event on March 2nd and have a wonderful night out. Tickets are available now for $80 each. Register now and don't forget to put my name in the box that asks: "Which candidate are you supporting?"

Since its inception, the Westchase Charitable Foundation has provided over $500,000 in direct financial grants to families around the Tampa Bay area. Even though the name references Westchase, over 90% of the grant recipients reside outside of the Westchase area.

With the motto "families helping families," the all-volunteer board of the Westchase Charitable Foundation makes sure that every dollar possible goes to the families that need our support.
