The Havak Triad Adjustable Dumbbells are one of the most unique handheld weights I’ve ever used.

Utilizing three different grip handles, the Havak Triads combine the functionality of a dumbbell, a kettlebell, and a Fatbell, also known as a Center Mass Bell into a single piece of equipment.

They’re also adjustable.

After using the Triads over the past two months in my home gym, I’ve found them making a way into my training often. And many times replacing when I’d use kettlebells for swings, farmers carries, or snatches or dumbbells for bench press, curls, and more.
