How to do the descaling on a tankless water heater.

This is one of my top 5 questions I get either by e mail or comment. There is a lot of videos out there showing you how to do this and most of them have never picked up a wrench or even tried to install a unit.
We have been doing this exact procedure for over 15 years and it has been a proven success for us. The only thing we have changed is the descaling a Navien unit.
If you follow this video, you will have complete success on maintaining your tankless heater.
There are many different flush kits on the market and there all good, I have been using Flow Aid for many years and it has worked very well for us. You can use distilled white vinegar as long as you use a pump rated for tankless heaters not something you buy from Harbor Freight.
