💪 Skill Level: These are Intermediate to advanced workouts and you need experience with weights.
👙 Diastasis Recovery: Completion of my 8-week progression program, pelvic floor PT, or similar program.
🏋️‍♀️ Equipment: You’ll need 1-2 pairs of dumbbells, loop bands, and long bands that can attach to a door or pole.
