Hip impingement with squats? Low back pain?

❌ Many people will experience a pinching sensation in the front of their hip while squatting or lunging. This hip restriction does not only cause pain and discomfort during these activities but will also put extra stress on your low back too!

🔑 The key here is to utilize a strong band to open up your hip in many different directions. This will optimize the current space of your hip joint so that you may free up your movement and get back to these exercises without that hip pinch! Now most likely you will need more than only what is shown in this video to further help mobilize and stabilize the hips and low back. But this is a great addition for your current mobility routine (if you even have one 😉).
