Try This Low Back Exercise With A Friend!

❌ If you are trying Superman’s to strengthen your low back, you could do better! Many people actually feel this flares up their low back sometimes, and the limited range of motion only allows you to go so far. You can improve this!

🔑 The key here is that simply getting a partner involved you can create a full back extension set up to get further range of motion in this back strengthening exercise! Also, by hooking the feet under the bench (shown at the end) you can do this 100% on your own with better range of motion than the traditional superman may allow you!

Now 1 thing I want to make clear is that low back strength is rarely the reason or cure for low back pain, usually there is something else that needs to be addressed. Otherwise powerlifters and strongmen would never have low back pain….. right? But many people are looking for ways to improve their strength and function and this could be a way you could improve this!
