Ingredients and Measurements:
2.5 cups all purpose flour
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1.5 tbsp. ginger powder
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
2-3 tbsp. molasses (depending on the color you want)
1/3 cup condensed milk
evaporated milk to mix the dough (make a semi-soft dough)
oil to fry

For the "paag":
condensed milk (around 1/4 cup)
powdered sugar (around 6 tbsp)
