Cottage cheese galettes: aroma fills the whole house

Ingredients:
For the dough:
2 eggs
100 g cold grated butter
400 g oat flour
A pinch of salt
400 g cottage cheese
For the cream:
200 g cottage cheese
1 tsp cornstarch
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
For the filling:
Pear
Apple
Cinnamon
Walnut

Instructions:
🍐 Slice the pear and 🍎 the apple.
🥣 Prepare the dough: mix eggs, cold grated butter, oat flour, salt, and cottage cheese until smooth.
🍶 Prepare the cream: mix cottage cheese, cornstarch, eggs, and salt until smooth.
📜 Line the baking tray with parchment paper.
🥧 Shape the first galette, add apple and cinnamon filling.
🥧 Shape the second galette, add cream, pear, and walnut filling.
🔥 Bake in the oven at 180°C for 35–40 minutes.

Anleitung:
🍐 Birne und 🍎 Apfel in Scheiben schneiden.
🥣 Teig zubereiten: Eier, kalte geriebene Butter, Hafermehl, Salz und Quark zu einem glatten Teig vermischen.
🍶 Creme zubereiten: Quark, Maisstärke, Eier und Salz zu einer glatten Masse verrühren.
📜 Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen.
🥧 Erste Galette formen, Apfel-Zimt-Füllung darauf verteilen.
🥧 Zweite Galette formen, Creme, Birne und Walnuss darauf geben.
🔥 Im Ofen bei 180°C 35–40 Minuten backen.
