SOVIET ANTHEM - Gorbachev resignation and the last day of the USSR 1991 (ABC's Nightline)

At the end of the Christmas broadcast of ABC's Nightline, the anthem of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics was played while a clip of the Soviet flag being lowered for the last time and later replaced by the Russian tricolour above the Kremlin Senate Building on the night Mikhail Gorbachev resigned as the President of the disintegrated union, December 25, 1991.
